Lakisha has excelled in her career providing HR and organizational effectiveness expertise for several Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, including: Delta Airlines, Hilton Corp, and J.P. Morgan Chase. Presently, she serves as the Executive Director and Global Head of Workforce Transformation and Organizational Development for TransUnion.
From an early age, God began to stir Lakisha’s heart about His passion for redemptive justice and the local church. Lakisha is a talented communicator of the gospel and worship leader. Lakisha is privileged to serve the vision of OneRace Movement and support many gender and race related justice initiatives.
